I'm a banjo-pickin', electronic music composin', swing dancin', RPG playin', rapier fencin' Musicology Professor. I've published a few poems, a few comics, and a few articles in Pyramid magazine. Hopefully, I'll soon be publishing a few articles in Musicology journals.
I'm a feminist, a transactivist, and interested in issues of social justice--though in a sort of mellow way...at least most of the time. I try to merge my commitment to politics into my work as a musicologist.
I am a gentleman and I'm commited to embodying various forms of retro masculinity and counter-hegemonic masculinities.
My journal will probably end up being part journal, part musings on the world and everything else.
